This is a fullyautomatic face mask production line, which is streamlined by integrating one material rack, one maskbody-making machine, one ear loop ultrasonic welding machine and 5conveyors. From material feeding to finishedproduct coming out, it runs automatically without anymanual operation that significantly reduces thelabor costs and bring down the risk of pollution.

6. Warranty period: 1 year( exceptultrasonic welding machine, its warranty period is 1 month) 

7. Installation and commissioning: impacted by the travel restrictions from the government andcomplicated international situations in the coronavirus pandemic, it is notworkable to offer on-site installation and commissioning services to ourcustomers for the time being. Commissioning will be completed in our factory floor to achieve smoothrunning of the machine before delivery. After machine arrives customer’s workshop,commissioning can be completed just through a few small adjustments after fastinstallation. In addition, we will provide guidance and support by videos oronline support to help customers fix problems coming across.

8. Acceptance: on-site acceptance inour factory before delivery.

9. After-sales service: .1year warranty for the machine, warranty service is free of charge duringwarranty period (on-site repair and maintenance are not available duringpandemic). Damaged parts identified due to quality issues can be replaced forfree, while vulnerable parts are not warranted. Offering lifetime technicalsupport.
