Face mask machine process:

Multi-roll fabrics are stacked and unloaded, and they are conveyed by rollers → nasal bridge bone fixed-length cutting and conveying → ultrasonic welding machine welding and sealing → inkjet printing (need to be customized to install this function) → double ear belt ultrasonic welding mechanism automatic welding → shaping Folding mechanism folding → folding forming ultrasonic welding → automatic leveling, cutting forming, waste collection → assembly line discharge.
