1.3.1 Securityassurance:

1. Set up a safetypneumatic cylinder lock valve. When the equipment is accidentally powered offor the cover is opened in place, the upper cover will be automatically lockedin the current position and will not fall. Ensure the safety of operators.

2. Set the emergencybutton switch, press it in case of accident, the laminator will cut off theworking power, and the upper cover will remain in place. Ensure that theaccident is resolved and dealt with.

Alarm system: set thefuel tank shortage alarm, heating over temperature alarm, vacuum failure alarm,open lid under pressure alarm, vacuum pump failure alarm, heating failurealarm, temperature measurement module failure alarm, illegal operation failurealarm, a total of 8 sets Alarm device to ensure the accuracy and normal workingstatus and improve the yield.

4. Equipped with anemergency lid opening device, which can open the upper lid of the laminator,take out the components, and perform reprocessing in case of accidental powerfailure.
