Nitrile Gloves Production Lines

a. Complete supply and installation, turnkey, FDA standard nitrile medical glove factory and ASTM D6319 glove quality
b. Supply and installation (turnkey) 2 models TR-SPA110x6 and TR-SBB110x10 arranged in the customer plant.
c. Provide automatic packaging equipment system.
d. Provide glove quality testing system.
e. Training of plant management and operation personnel.
f. The product does not reach quality not more than 5%.
g. Product size should be manufactured according to the following ratios: 20% S: 30% M: 30% L: 20% XL
h. The seller is responsible for all installation personnel (the buyer will be introduced the installation subcontractor to the seller)
i. The seller commits not to disclose information of the buyer until one year after the factory hand-over date.
j. TT payment only by Buyer(50% deposite, 40% before on board, 10% after installation on site) after signing the contract to pay the seller.
k. The time from signing the contract to the date of handing over (turnkey) is not more than 5 months.
