Purified water equipment process description:
The first-level pretreatment system: the quartz sand multi-media filter is used, the main purpose of which is to remove the silt, manganese, rust, colloidal substances, mechanical impurities, suspended solids and other substances in the water that are harmful to the human body with particles above 20UM. The automatic filtration system adopts imported Fleck controller, which can automatically carry out a series of operations such as backwashing and forward washing. The second-level pretreatment system: the activated carbon filter is used to remove pigments, odors, and a large amount of biochemical organic matter in the water, and reduce the residual chlorine value in the water, pesticide pollution and other pollutants harmful to the human body. The third-level pretreatment system: use cationic resin to soften the water, mainly to remove the hardness in the water. The hardness of water is mainly composed of calcium (Ca2+) and magnesium (Mg2+) ions. When the raw water containing hardness ions passes through the resin layer, the Ca2+ and Mg2+ in the water are exchanged and absorbed by the resin, and at the same time, sodium and Na+ ions are released at the same material quality. The water flowing out of the water softener is softened water from which the hardness ions have been removed. So as to effectively prevent the fouling of the reverse osmosis membrane.
