Working Principle:

Silicon carbide flat ceramic film is a new configuration of ceramic film, which is also a non-pair film formed by sintering silicon carbide with a purity of 99% under high temperature conditions.

Compared with organic membranes: strong corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance, easy cleaning and regeneration.

Compared with tubular membranes: large filling area, low investment and operating costs, small footprint, high concentration of condensable solids, and high water reuse rate; pretreatment systems can be reduced.

Compared with alumina membrane: good hydrophilicity, high porosity, large flux, small footprint, stronger corrosion resistance, long life, greatly reducing the cost of membrane replacement materials and labor costs caused by membrane replacement.

Filter by:

1. Positive pressure terminal filtration: through external pressure, positive pressure full filtration; bottom aeration can be used during filtration to reduce membrane surface pollution.
2. Negative pressure suction filtration: the negative pressure formed by the vacuum pump is used for negative pressure suction filtration; during filtration, the bottom can be aerated to reduce the pollution of the membrane surface. Usually, negative pressure suction filtration is mostly used.
