Functions and Features:

TRE500S adopts a six-axis articulated robot structure. Six absolute servo motors drive the rotation of six joint axes through a precision gear reducer. It has six degrees of freedom, which are rotation (X), lower arm (Y), upper arm (Z), wrist rotation (U), wrist swing (V), and wrist rotation (W). The TRE500S body joint is made of high-strength aluminum to ensure the machine's high strength, high speed, high accuracy and high stability. ● Servo motor with gear reducer, small size, flexible work, fast speed and high precision. ● The control system has two types of teach pendant and computer operation. The machine is easy to learn and suitable for various applications. ● The robot body adopts internal wiring, which is safe and environmentally friendly. ● The robot is independently developed by us. The all-gear reducer structure has a leading design concept and is easy to maintain.

The reducer used on the robot is a precision gear reducer. Its main features are: 1. High carrying capacity and strong rigidity. 2. High transmission efficiency and stable movement. 3.
